The look of Popeyes® restaurants is in keeping with our New Orleans heritage. We've incorporated the feel
of old New Orleans into our quick-service restaurants by using balconies, shutters and wrought-iron rails on
the exterior of our restaurants. Similar elements are found inside our restaurants where customers can enjoy
listening to jazz or zydeco via Popeyes New Orleans radio.

Popeyes restaurants are built in a variety of venues including freestanding locations, in-line shopping plazas,
malls, airports, colleges and universities and many more. In addition, existing buildings are also converted
into Popeyes restaurants. Examples of some of these venues are shown below:

To help you prepare to build your restaurant, Popeyes will provide you with information on our Business
Consultant Network of contractors and consultants. This is a group of qualified, licensed contractors and
registered consultants who have been approved by Popeyes to provide services to our franchisees. We
believe our business partners can provide cost efficient services that will help you plan, construct and open
your restaurant in a timely manner. Most of our business partners are experienced with Popeyes restaurants
and can offer valuable insight on building your restaurant. Once you become a franchisee, your Market
Development Manager will further discuss the Business Consultant Network with you.
